Dr. Kristina Carter is a native of Minnesota. She graduated from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota and completed medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Carter completed her residency at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania and then her fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Wake Forest University. She joined HiROC in 2015.
Dr. Carter is board certified in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Her areas of interest include preterm birth, cervical shortening, and multiple gestations. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Medical Association, American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
