If you are our current patient and have questions concerning your medical care, please call our Nurse Line at 865-263-2400 (Option # 3). Nurse Line calls are answered during normal business hours. Messages left after 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and after 10:00 a.m. on Friday may not be returned until the next business day. An answering service is available after hours for urgent calls only. Calls received after hours are typically returned within 1 hour.
